I’m thrilled you are here. Somehow, all of our paths crossed—no coincidence,

just synchronicity.

Drawn together by the most magical, high-frequency, experiential food: chocolate.

From the seed of cacao comes a journey that has captivated humanity for centuries. Yet, what I’ve discovered is that when we pause and create a ritual with chocolate, it becomes more than a sensory taste—it becomes a bridge to our intuition, accessed through the imagination.

The mind, a beautiful container for memories and sensations, often becomes our comfort zone. But true growth lies beyond that comfort, in navigating chaos and challenge. These trials, I’ve learned over the past seven transformative years, are gentle nudges (or sometimes not-so-gentle pushes) guiding us toward expansion. Growth requires courage—the courage to trust that you already possess knowledge to make the next decision and you can always trust yourself to navigate any situation, no matter the gravity. I call this body wisdom and through deep sensory tastings lead me to my intuition. 

When you trust yourself, you unlock the most profound adventure of your life: the path of purpose uniquely designed for your essence. You are one of a kind, with gifts that no one else can offer the world. This life is an opportunity to manifest and create from those gifts, and while you may not yet see them clearly, they are there, waiting.

Through the Cacao Spiritus experience, my goal is to hold up a mirror so you can recognize your own beauty and truth. Together, we will explore small, intentional exercises to nurture self-trust. Daily chocolate tastings will serve as both ritual and revelation, guiding you closer to the wisdom within. After all, to know thyself is to know all.
