Nearly all of our ingredients are organic, from sugar and cream to fruits, nuts, and spices, with a continued commitment to regenerative and biodynamic agriculture.

We work closely with local producers to source A2 grass-fed cream, milk, and butter, ensuring both quality and vitality in every composition.

Shelf life varies by product.

Truffles are best enjoyed within 14 days when stored at a cool room temperature.

If well wrapped, truffles may be refrigerated for up to 4 weeks or frozen for up to 2 months.

Gianduia has a shelf life of up to 9 months.
Toffee lasts up to 8 weeks.
Solid Chaos Boards have a shelf life of up to 9 months.

Fresh Fruit and Floral Chaos Boards are made the morning of and are best enjoyed within 1–2 days due to their perishable ingredients.

We ship UPS ground if you are within a 2-day shipping zone from Chicago and Second Day for every other zone.

For quality reasons we prefer chocolate travel for a maximum of 2 days.

All of our products are processed in a facility that handles dairy, peanuts, wheat, egg, soy, and tree nuts. We follow strict guidelines to avoid cross-contamination and we separate everything by hand to ensure quality and safety. As our products are made on shared equipment, we cannot guarantee 100% that any specific product is free from any specific allergen.

Although, we do not want to exclude anyone from our chocolates. Certain chocolates are more perishable or delicate and may not be air shipped. These items are made to order and available for pick up or messenger service in the Chicagoland area. We hope to expand to more markets in the future.
