The Rose Geranium Threshold Ritual

Before tasting, we awaken the senses.

Hold a leaf of rose geranium
to your lips.

Notice its velvet texture.
Notice its brightness,
its living fragrance.

Do not rush to identify it.

Simply notice.

Scent is the sense capable of
detecting a trillion variations—
let it become the bridge
between the body and the intuitive mind.

Breathe in slowly.
Hold for a moment.
Release.

As the fragrance moves through you,
imagine it clearing the residue of the day—
the analysis, the urgency, the what-ifs.

The rose geranium becomes a threshold:
between thinking and sensing,
between worry and wisdom,
between consuming and truly receiving.

Only then begin the tasting.

Lady of the Lake

Take a long inhale.
Exhale slowly with a low Whoaaaaaaoooo.

Feel the vibration in the chest.
Feel the vibration in the pelvis.

Repeat three times.

Notice the body becoming present.
Notice the mind becoming quiet.

Breathe in the violet light.
Take the flame and direct it
toward whatever needs refreshing.

Let it move through you,
clearing what is no longer yours to hold.

Sit with both feet grounded.

Now quietly ask:

What do I already know?

Do not force the answer.
Let it arrive the way the strawberry ripens—
without question, without comparison,
