House-made with Grass-fed Butter, and a signature blend of Japanese, Black Kokuto Sugar and Organic cane sugar slowly caramelized in a copper kettle. Our toffee is clouted with toasted, organic pecans, and lightly smoked English sea salt. A deep rustic toffee holding the crisped nuts, dipped in 41% cacao milk chocolate with more organic pecans and a light sprinkle of wildflowers on top. This is a crisp toffee that will crumble in the best of ways! This recipe is an homage to my dear friend Susan's mom Sheila Dell'Osso, without her guidance from her heritage toffee recipe, this would never be born. LOVE YOU!
