Piedmont hazelnuts—Italy’s most prized hazelnuts, grown in a private grove on an esteemed vineyard within a UNESCO World Heritage landscape. Granite-roasted and refined to extraordinary fineness, the hazelnuts meld with rich dark chocolate in a texture that dissolves into silk.
