Named Anam Cara, this truffle embodies the Celtic concept of a ‘soul friend’—a reflection of deep self-love and trust.
The Divine Botanicals:
An exceptional couverture chocolate made from a blend of beans from 4 of the world’s best regions: Grenada, Ecuador, Papua New Guinea, Ghana. This couverture chocolate is a brilliant mahogany in color and when bit, snaps with a clean sharp break. On the palate its tannins are present without being bitter, born with light acidity and notes of toasted dried fruits, red berries complete with a long and round finish in the mouth. The texture is crisp and melts to a fluid silken unveil. Vegan with coconut puree as the cream to bring forward a ganache that is complemented by the 24 kt Celtic salt with bilberries, Irish wild blueberries.
Alexander:
Named after Alexander the Great, this truffle draws inspiration from his quest for knowledge and strength, blending rich ingredients that symbolize vitality and wisdom.
Divine Botanical:
I believe truly, we have found the finest of organic raspberries from the Hauts-de-France region, renowned for their superior flavour and nutritional value. These raspberries are grown by women-led farms that preserve traditional agricultural methods, emphasizing sustainable and organic practices. The truffle also features sea buckthorn berries, named “liquid gold” in Tibet and revered since Alexander’s time, 332 BC, for their high Vitamin C content and omega fatty acids, which were prescribed by Alexander the Great to maintain the vitality of his troops.
