House-made with Grass-fed Butter, and a signature blend of Japanese, Black Kokuto Sugar and Organic cane sugar slowly caramelized in a copper kettle. Our toffee is clouted with toasted, organic pecans, and lightly smoked English sea salt. A deep rustic toffee holding the crisped nuts, dipped in 41% cacao milk chocolate with more organic pecans and a light sprinkle of wildflowers on top. This is a crisp toffee that will crumble in the best of ways!
